Return Policy:
To initiate a return, ensure that all items are tagged, unworn, and in their original, unopened packaging. The customer is responsible for covering the courier charges for returning the items. BABYSTUFF will process a refund to your bank account for the cost of the items. Please make return requests promptly upon receiving the parcel, and the return item must reach BABYSTUFF within 7 days of being received by the customer. Refunds will be issued once the returned items are received. Please note that there are no exchanges or returns accepted for Avent/Tigex brand items due to hygiene reasons.
Exchange Policy:
For exchanges, all items must be unworn, in their original, unopened packaging, and with tags attached. Ensure the exchanged item is sent back to us within 7 days from the date of parcel delivery. Customers are responsible for covering the courier charges for both the return and exchange. A nominal fee of Rs 200 will be charged for sending the exchanged item. The exchanged item will be dispatched promptly upon receiving the original item.
